Gordon Grill

First opened in 1963, as the Gordon Room, the restaurant was named after Mrs Ezekiel Manasseh, wife of the first owner of the hotel, whose maiden name was Gordon.

In 1965, the Gordon Room was renamed as the Gordon Grill and since then, it has become a grill-room of palatable repute.

Perfect for business lunch or dinner, the posh restaurant is renown for its continental cuisine especially their succulent steaks and comprehensive wine cellar.

Highland Bar

Opening hours: 10am - 1am (Daily)

The Highland Bar is located at the Lobby Wing adjacent to the Gordon Grill on the ground floor. This quaint bar is ideal for before dinner aperitifs and after dinner drinks. Also, the resident pianist entertains in the evenings.

Café L'Espresso

Opening hours: 2pm - 12.00pm (Daily)
Afternoon Tea: 2pm - 5pm
Dinner: 6.30pm - 10.30pm

Informal dining amid casual surroundings best describes the Café L'Espresso. Situated alongside the hotel lobby, the cafe is famed for its speciality coffees as well as the English Afternoon Tea.

The Café also serves an array of Continental specialities.

Min Jiang Sichuan Restaurant

Named after the Min River of Szechuan, the Min Jiang Sichuan Restaurant is renowned to serve some of the best authentic Sichuan cuisine in Singapore.
The restaurant has a distinct Oriental appeal - walk up the lush red-carpeted stairs and be greeted by a pair of prosperity lions in the waiting area.

The restaurant itself is bathed with orange lighting whilst the soft background music and warm hues is the ideal setting for a cosy and intimate meal.

For more privacy, book any one of the seven tastefully decorated private rooms.

Garden Seafood Restaurant

Located in the same annex building as the Min Jiang Sichuan Restaurant, the Garden Seafood Restaurant opened in late 1982.
Here, patrons can taste Singapore style seafood at its best. Specialities include fresh steamed prawns with egg white, sambal crabs and live fish prepared the way you like.

In addition, delectable tim sum is served daily for lunch and also breakfast on Sundays and Public Holidays. We have also introduced Yum-Cha High Tea, available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Shima Restaurant

Opening hours:
Lunch: 12noon - 2.15pm
Dinner: 6.30pm - 10.15pm

The Shima Japanese Restaurant offers diners a wide spectrum of Japanese cuisine. Diners can choose from Teppanyaki, shabu-shabu, yakiniku and sushi dishes.
