Renowned for its excellent epicurean standards, Sheraton Towers Singapore also offers three award-winning restaurants and a lounge to delight the discerning palates of its guests. DOMVS, the Italian Restaurant, offers Italian cuisine and wines in an ambience of understated elegance and style. Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant, named after the famous Tang Dynasty poet, is synonymous with the finest in Cantonese cuisine, fit for the emperor. The Dining Room is a multi-sensory experience with sumptuous buffet selections ranging from the Asian exotic, western delights and local favourites. Adjacent to it is Lobby Bar, the ideal place for a cuppa or chat with friends amidst live piano music.

 Named after the famous Tang Dynasty Poet, Li Bai is renowned for its Cantonese cuisine served in the tradition of grand Emperors, amidst the restaurant’s superb décor and grand table setting of jade, silver and fine bone china.
Drawing its inspiration from the poet’s classic lyrical poems, Executive Chinese Chef Chung Yiu Ming whips up exquisite, authentic Chinese cuisine with skilled and deliberate strokes to create a divine gourmet experience for diners. With a keen emphasis on enhancing the natural flavours and fragrances of every ingredient, the aroma of succulent meats, fresh seafood and crisp vegetables blend perfectly with the artistic touches of paintings and poems to set a unique ambience for a feast fit for the Emperor – yet totally non-intimidating.
Renowned for its exacting service standards, Li Bai is open for both lunch and dinner. The Dim Sum and Express Business lunch menus provide tantalising selections of Li Bai’s best traditional dishes while the Sunday Yum Cha has become almost a weekly staple for many of its patrons.

Well-known for the romantic and serene ambience with its signature cascading waterfalls, rockpools and lush landscaped gardens, The Dining Room is a choice destination for a cosy dinner, hearty lunch, sweet dessert afternoon or a relaxing drink and cuppa in the evenings. Located at the lobby level, The Dining Room offers exquisite international, Asian and local favourites on the menu. Our must-try signature dishes are Soya Glazed Gindara with Braised Somen, Crabmeat Fried Rice and Sheraton Towers Laksa served either fried or gravy style. Mouth-watering desserts that we are famous for include Chilled Aloe Vera Jelly, Strawberry Mille Feuille, Mud Pie and Sheraton Towers’ own Ice Burger.
Breakfast:
6.00am to 10.30am (Daily)
A lavish Inter-Continental breakfast buffet for a good start of the day. Enjoy sumptuous selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, eggs done to your liking and a good spread of breads. A must-have is a tall glass of freshly squeezed juices specially prepared by our service ambassador, Yong Moi or Juice Lady, as she is affectionately known to all our guests.
Lunch:
12.00pm to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday)
The weekday lunch buffet is the talk-of-the town. Featuring a splendid international spread including Asian exotics, Western cuisines and local favourites, patrons often return for more of the tantalising myriad hot food selection and exquisite desserts. There is also an a-la-carte menu featuring the famous Sheraton Towers Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Mee Siam, succulent steaks, fish and chips, juicy burgers and sandwiches.
Dinner:
6.30pm – 12midnight (Monday – Thursday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

As sun sets, The Dining Room exuberates a warm and peaceful atmosphere ideal for an intimate date with your loved one or a relaxing dinner with friends. It serves an a la carte menu featuring signature local dishes and western delights including our signature desserts such as Mudpie and Sheraton Towers Ice Burger.
Guests could also mix-and match their favourite dishes from the extensive menu of delectable cuisines for a complete set dinner. “Design Your Own Dinner”, as it is called, promises to create the ultimate dining experience that satisfies every discerning palate.
Weekend High Tea:

Saturdays & Sundays
Satisfy your craving for delectable Asian offerings with our well-loved Saturday high tea where we feature a wide variety of local favourites alongside a live station serving deli sandwiches. The highlight at the scrumptious dessert corner has to be the durian pengat, hand-made with palm sugar, fresh mousse and a generous dollop of fresh durian pulp.
On Sunday afternoons, indulge in an extensive international and local spread of appetizers, dim sum, entrees, barbecued items and lovable desserts. Look forward to our live stations serving Sashimi, Roasted Beef & duck among many other delectable offerings. |

An ideal place to meet before or after a meal at the Sheraton Towers Singapore, The Lobby Bar offers an extensive range of wines, beers and liquors. Also available is a reasonable priced selection of tasty bar-snacks such as Spicy Chicken Wings, Sugar Caned Prawns and Assorted Finger Sandwiches to name a few.
