The newly refurbished Fitness Studio provides an elegant environment conducive for a good workout. Equipped with a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment from TECHNOGYM, guests can be assured of a full body workout. Be entertained while running, as you tune in to the various TV programmes on the LfCD console, or plug in your ipod and run to your favourite tunes. The Fitness Studio is also equipped with a unit of KINESIS – the first hotel fitness studio in Singapore to provide this modular cable system. After working out a good sweat, relax and cool down with a drink at the beverage counter located just outside the Fitness Studio. We welcome you to lounge on the sofas and enjoy the peace and serenity of the Wellness Zone.

Yoga lessons are conducted at the outdoor patio in the Wellness Zone. Our yoga masters provide personal assessments before beginning any class.

- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to classes.
- We recommend not eating 1½ to 2 hours prior to classes.
- Remember to turn off all pagers and cell phones.
- Class schedules are subject to change.

Hatha Yoga
Employing a series of poses called asanas, Hatha yoga aims to strengthen and cleanse the body and spirit. Participants will follow a system of steps that focus on breathing, posture and strength.

Power Yoga (Charge)
Power yoga employs a series of choreographed poses that flow into one another becoming a moving dance. This high-energy class provides a workout that builds strength, increases flexibility and releases tension.

Tennis (Charge)
Marina Square Tennis Centre, a 5-minute walk from our hotel, has two beautiful outdoor courts for use by our guests. We will be happy to book a court for you so that you can keep your tennis strokes in the swing of things. Open daily from 07:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.
Swimming
Our beautiful 25m-long swimming pool is truly a retreat within the city. With lush green gardens and spectacular views, it’s the perfect place to take a few laps or even catch a nap. There is a separate children’s pool, too. Open daily from 06:30 A.M. - 09:00 P.M.
Jogging
We provide maps to all our guests so that they can enjoy our perfect setting for jogging and walking. The promenade runs along the shoreline of Marina Centre, a beautiful park that overlooks the skyscrapers of the Central Business District. Best of all, the sea breezes keep you just a bit cooler during your run. The entire route is 2.4 km one way.
