Our restaurants are new, transformed and universally praised. We have six restaurants and bars to choose from, and if you don't find exactly what you wish for on our menus, our chefs will be pleased to create your own personal choice of dish.

AXIS

Axis is the latest hot spot in which to enjoy a cappuccino, drink or cocktail. Breathtaking views over Singapore’s Marina Bay and an utterly contemporary design make this a stunning venue, day or night.

Vibrant yet elegant, and oozing attitude, Axis Bar and Lounge is the place to see and be seen. Located on the fourth floor, with sweeping views over Marina Bay, Axis is a haven for the sophisticated set who enjoy relaxing to the latest cool grooves and ‘live’ entertainment over a glass of champagne or a smooth cocktail and tapas.

 

CHERRY GARDEN

Step through the magnificent doors of this traditional courtyard style residence and be seduced by the modern designs of Oriental splendour. An adept eye has blended sumptuous materials, charcoaled teak panels, slate floors and pools of light. The Feng Shui elements are used to harmonious effect. Two private dining rooms are available, decorated in a residential style. This is an ornate and inspiring setting to enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine.

The menu offers an eclectic selection of Cantonese cuisine, presented with artistic modern flair. The menus change every few months to incorporate seasonal produce.

A further highlight of Cherry Garden is the wide selection of Chinese teas and the wine list, which offers a balanced selection of old and new world wines, specially selected to match with Asian cuisine.

DOLCE VITA

Step into Dolce Vita or out onto the poolside terrace. Either way you have a wonderful view of Marina Bay and the city skyline.

Dolce Vita’s location next to the hotel’s landscaped outdoor pool lends the restaurant a casual, convivial atmosphere. Guests can choose to eat al-fresco at the patio by the pool and enjoy a tantalising glimpse of the Singapore skyline in the distance, or indoors in air-conditioned comfort. Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels enable diners to enjoy the view, and create a sun-kissed and light ambience. White walls, stone-flagged floor and comfortable wooden dining chairs make a relaxed, resort feel, which is echoed by a couple of simple canvas panels in vivid Mediterranean colours.

Chef de cuisine Alex Lozachmeur has introduced a new menu, presenting the best of the Mediterranean with influences from gastronomic capitals that range from the romantic streets of France and the idyllic coasts of Spain to the ancient cultures of Greece and vibrant lands of Morocco.

MELT

With creativity and imagination we have transformed the dining experience. 30 chefs in show kitchens present a multi-cultural cooking theatre. At any time of the day select from cuisine ranging from Thai to Italian, and Sushi to salad.

Giant baskets of fruit bring bursts of colour; the wine bar itself is a vivid backlit pink. The space is transitionary, designed for changing moods from muted to energetic up to the fresh and airy garden views.

You could dine here every night of the week and the only similarity in experience would be the excellent quality of the food.

MORTON' S

Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse is America's premier fine-dining steakhouse group. On the menu you’ll find some of the world’s finest USDA prime aged beef and fresh seafood.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore with its elegant and chic image was elected by the famed Morton’s of Chicago, to be the venue for its first restaurant outside the United States. The classic American steakhouse has since expanded their reach in Asia to other cities such as Hong Kong and Macau.
Sounds of Sinatra and cocktails set the mood as generous portions of grain-fed aged beef, succulent seafood and classic steakhouse dishes are served in elegant surroundings. Indulge in martinis, exceptional wines, generous porterhouses and decadent desserts. The buzz at the bar and in the booths has continued for a quarter of a century at 75 Morton’s locations worldwide.

WASABI BISTRO

With its sister restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, Wasabi Bistro is part of an international success story. The menu is a fusion of Japanese cuisine and Californian influences. Wasabi Bistro offers the sophisticated palate with a refreshing twist on contemporary Japanese cuisine in its signature dishes, like Kumi’s No. 1 and Rainbow Roll.

The restaurant reflects the Japanese aesthete in the form of exquisite Japanese art, artefacts and unique earthenware. Diners can enjoy the entire experience contemplating the newly formed bamboo garden.
