Concorde Ballroom can accommodate up to 800 persons, and is dividable into two halls for smaller events. Pillar less and modern in structure, this ample space can be set up to suit your requirements, from staging to dancefloor.

This Ballroom can seat up to 400 delegates in a classroom set-up and the room may be divided into two smaller event halls, Concorde I and II for classroom capacities of 90 to 180 persons. This vast hotel ballroom also features a dedicated state of the art audio-visual system.

In addition to the Concorde Ballroom, four purpose-built seminar/ training rooms comprise of the Gallery Rooms at Concorde Hotel Singapore. Business meetings, seminars, training sessions, corporate luncheons or press conferences alike, we are able to provide you with several options to suit your needs.

Three of the gallery rooms may be combined for larger venues or configured separately to accommodate for your various events. The classroom setup ranges from 12 to 60 delegates, or up to 120 people in a theatre setting. Dedicated audio-visual equipment is available.

Should you require small function rooms in Singapore, one, or a combination of any of our four Studio Rooms is the perfect solution for your event; user-friendly discussions, panel boards, interview rooms or social gatherings. Each studio sits up to 54 persons in a classroom arrangement and 120 persons in a theatre setting.
