Established in 1963, Goodwood Park Hotel’s premier fine dining restaurant, Gordon Grill has built a strong reputation for serving some of the finest steaks and Continental cuisine in the country.

The menu will leave even discerning gourmets spoilt for choice, with more than 50 different items including imported fresh seafood, grill items and desserts. Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience with the restaurant’s meat trolley service, reminiscent of old European grill rooms. The meat trolley is wheeled to each table and each piece of meat or beef is sliced, meticulously weighed and presented to diners before it is prepared and cooked to perfection.

Gordon Grill also has an adjoining Highland Bar, which is ideal for an aperitif or an after-dinner drink.

Gordon Grill has won many awards and accolades over the years, and has also welcomed several Michelin-starred chefs from different countries as part of the hotel’s regular Guest Chef promotions.

Established in 1982 and named after the Min River in the Sichuan province of China, the award-winning Min Jiang restaurant is renowned for serving some of the best Sichuan cuisine in Singapore.

The menu features a comprehensive repertoire of popular Sichuan dishes and diners can also enjoy a delectable dim sum selection every day, served on traditional trolleys and barbecued specialties from the outdoor grill kitchen in the evenings.

For guests who prefer to dine outdoors, there is an alfresco dining terrace next to the hotel’s main pool, complete with an outdoor grill kitchen. The six private dining rooms, each with unique Sichuan-related names, are perfect for private business meals, social gatherings and even small weddings.

Set amidst beautifully luscious greens, undulating grounds and tree-lined winding roads, Min Jiang at One-North at No. 5 Rochester Park is the only Chinese fine-dining restaurant housed in a stylish and spacious two-storey black and white colonial bungalow.

This 3,000 sq ft restaurant boasts of modern chinoiserie interiors, chic furnishings and artifacts, offering a unique dining experience in a charming ambience. A spacious timber decked alfresco area also provides a lovely venue for outdoor dining or a drink after dinner. With its beautiful setting and romantic ambience, the restaurant is ideal for couples who wish to hold their wedding in a private and unique location.

The house specialty is its truly authentic Beijing Duck, served with 8 different condiments. This delicacy is prepared by chefs from China according to an ancient Chinese recipe and roasted to perfection in a custom-made wood-fired oven.

Established as a choice destination for English Afternoon Tea, L’Espresso is a cosy café by day and a chic lounge by night, complete with a breezy poolside terrace area. This spacious and breezy terrace has also become an ideal location for wedding solemnizations.

Since the 1970s, the English Afternoon Tea has earned a reputation for L’Espresso as the “place for elegant teatime pursuits”. The buffet spread is a dazzling assortment of dainty sandwiches, salads, savouries, pastries, desserts, chocolate fountain and of course, traditional English scones.

Guests can also enjoy delightful set lunch and dinner menus, as well as gourmet dim sum and sensational cocktails in the evenings.

L’Espresso is one of the few hotel establishments which offer live entertainment in the afternoons and evenings. Guests are serenaded by a wide repertoire of piano pieces performed live by an accomplished pianist from 14.15 - 17.00 daily, and are entertained by jazz and pop tunes in 6 sets performed by a 3-piece band comprising of a pianist, violinist and bassist on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 18.15

Best known for its Taiwan Porridge, local fare and local high tea buffet, the Coffee Lounge at Goodwood Park Hotel has been a favoured haunt of many local and foreign gourmands since its opening in 1977. The décor of Coffee Lounge ingeniously blends minimalist style with the stately elegance of a heritage building. Complemented by plenty of natural light in the day and mood lighting in the evenings, the restaurant is a picture of intimate elegance.

The well-loved Taiwan porridge is a signature offering at the Coffee Lounge that diners have come to enjoy over the years since its inception in 1984. The Taiwan Porridge menu has become a popular mainstay at the Coffee Lounge where diners have consistently returned to enjoy the dining experience of top quality and traditional Taiwan Porridge fare at reasonable prices.

The “Design Your Own Local Degustation Set Menu” showcases the best of popular Singaporean fare in 4-Course and 5-Course sets which feature small tasting portions of each dish. The menu also includes a delectable dessert buffet.

Guests can eat to their hearts’ content from a sumptuous high tea buffet spread of more than 20 popular local snacks, mains and desserts. It is a great way to spend a leisurely afternoon with family and friends.
