Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, Singapore

Our main ballroom on level three of the hotel, East Coast Ballroom (541 sq.m.), can accommodate up to 40 tables (10 people per table) for any major events or banquets.

Depending on your needs, the ballroom can be partitioned into six smaller function rooms – Brooke (62.78 sq.m.), Meyer (57.24 sq.m.), Frankel (63sqm), Amber (82.5 sq.m.), Katong (94.76 sq.m.) and Siglap (105 sq.m.).  

Located on level four next to The Roxy Bar (348 sq.m.), our Roxy Function Room provides another option for corporate and private events. It can accommodate up to 25 tables for any function, as weddings and gala dinners.

For a smaller setting, the Roxy Function Room can be arranged into three smaller rooms – Roxy 1 (147.9 sq.m.), Roxy 2 (105.1 sq.m.) and Roxy 3 (106.7 sq.m.). 

Our poolside is a favourite with couples for holding wedding banquets or solemnisation ceremonies. It is also ideal for private cocktail functions under the stars.

The poolside offers two areas – an upper (190 sq.m.) and lower (119 sq.m.) deck.  

The Boardroom on level 16 of the hotel offers the perfect venue for small meetings, seminars or workshops in various settings - theatre, cluster, hollow square, classroom, boardroom, U-shape or banquet buffet setting.

Overlooking the sea, The Boardroom is a popular venue for couples holding their solemnisation ceremonies.
