Grand Hyatt Singapore has long enjoyed a well-earned reputation for excellence in the field of banqueting and catering. A professional and attentive team sees to the fruition of many successful events and ensures that catering and conference needs are met to each client's satisfaction. To further enhance its position as a leading conference venue, a dedicated Conference Services Team has been established and will provide and maintain the highest standards of excellence and personalised service for our delegates and organisers.
The 25 versatile function rooms are located on three floors and include the elegant Grand Ballroom featuring a dramatic black-and-green colour scheme and intricate glass chandeliers. Six function rooms are on the mezzanine level with a foyer ideally equipped to hold receptions. The Exhibition and Conference Centre houses 11 more function rooms, which can combine to make one large exhibition area if required. Five new boardrooms have been added, located on the accommodation levels of the Grand Wing and comfortably seating 10 to 12 people each.
The Grand Hyatt makes available a full complement of meeting aids and technical assistance, which includes an impressive inventory of state-of-the-art equipment for high-speed Internet access and video conferencing via the PictureTel system. Experienced professional technicians can assist with the set-up and operation of each audio-visual programme.

Mezzanine Level
Six function rooms, Sir Stamford I, II, and III and Sir Henry Keppel I, II and III, occupy the mezzanine level. As with the Grand Ballroom, there is a foyer complete with a private bar ideal for receptions.
Grand Ballroom - 2nd Level
The elegant Grand Ballroom boasts a dramatic colour scheme of black and green, with signature bevelled glass and intricate chandeliers adding a touch of grandeur to the ambience.
A special feature of the Grand Ballroom is the lighting, designed to create a dramatic effect with downlights, spotlights and beam lights, all of which can be combined and adjusted to create and evoke various moods to suit the occasion.
The Grand Ballroom, with connecting Ballroom I and II, can seat up to 900 persons for a banquet when opened to its fullest, or a smaller conference or seminar in its individual rooms. While most ballrooms need a lot of 'dressing up' to theme the occasion, the Grand Ballroom has an edge over the rest, as it is designed in an unpretentious, elegant and sophisticated style.
The Exhibition and Conference Centre - 3rd Level
Built over an area of 2500sqm (27,000 sq. ft.), the Centre houses 11 individual function rooms of varying capacities, which can be combined into one large hall or regrouped separately to house smaller events.
Named after exotic, local tropical flowers, the function rooms are Vanda (I, II, III), Camellia (I, II, III), Magnolia (I, II, III, IV) and Hibiscus. The Vanda, Camellia and Magnolia Rooms are located near each other and offer the option of being joined together as one large hall. Hibiscus has the highest ceiling height of 3.4 metres (11' 4"), overlooking the gardens.
Brand New Boardrooms -On the Accommodation Levels of the Grand Wing
In addition to the 20 function rooms, there are five specially designed boardrooms, located on the accommodation levels of the Grand Wing, which can comfortably seat up to 12 persons each. Fully equipped with overhead and slide projectors, flip charts, video cassette recorders and other essential facilities.
