Six function rooms, Sir Stamford I, II, and III and Sir Henry Keppel I, II and III, occupy the mezzanine level. As with the Grand Ballroom, there is a foyer complete with a private bar ideal for receptions.

The elegant Grand Ballroom boasts a dramatic colour scheme of black and green, with signature bevelled glass and intricate chandeliers adding a touch of grandeur to the ambience.

A special feature of the Grand Ballroom is the lighting, designed to create a dramatic effect with downlights, spotlights and beam lights, all of which can be combined and adjusted to create and evoke various moods to suit the occasion.

The Grand Ballroom, with connecting Ballroom I and II, can seat up to 720 persons for a banquet when opened to its fullest, or a smaller conference or seminar in its individual rooms. While most ballrooms need a lot of 'dressing up' to theme the occasion, the Grand Ballroom has an edge over the rest, as it is designed in an unpretentious, elegant and sophisticated style.

Built over an area of 2500 sq. m., the Centre houses 11 individual function rooms of varying capacities, which can be combined into one large hall or regrouped separately to house smaller events.

Named after exotic, local tropical flowers, the function rooms are Vanda (I, II, III), Camellia (I, II, III), Magnolia (I, II, III, IV) and Hibiscus. The Vanda, Camellia and Magnolia Rooms are located near each other and offer the option of being joined together as one large hall. Hibiscus has the highest ceiling height of 3.4 metres (11' 4"), overlooking the gardens.

In addition to the 20 function rooms, there are five specially designed boardrooms, located on the accommodation levels of the Grand Wing, which can comfortably seat up to 12 persons each. Fully equipped with overhead and slide projectors, flip charts, video cassette recorders and other essential facilities.
