DB Bistro Moderne

DB Bistro Moderne is a contemporary French-American restaurant where traditional French cuisine meets the flavours of the American market. DB Bistro Moderne is Chef Boulud's renowned re-interpretation of the Parisian classic. The seasonal menu highlights the quality of fine ingredients served in a relaxed setting.

Among his many achievements, Chef Boulud, of Café Boulud and Daniel fame, is credited with elevating the simple burger into an art form. This is what sets DB Bistro Moderne apart, new takes on old classics, the perfect fusing of sophistication with pure and simple pleasure.

Guy Savoy

Award-winning Chef Guy Savoy is the youngest of the French legends credited with pioneering "Nouvelle Cuisine." His Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris is considered one of the finest haute-cuisine establishments in the world.

Chef Savoy has profound respect for his carefully selected ingredients. Flavours are gently coaxed so that every bite of food makes a statement. His technique is best exemplified in his signature dishes. For his Côte de Gros Turbot, the fish is steamed with spinach and a poached egg on a slotted platter atop a soup bowl filled with fish bouillon, creating an exquisite bouquet of aromas. Guests of Guy Savoy can dine in our modernist dining room or choose to have a pre-dinner aperitif at the champagne bar. Osteria Mozza

OSTERIA MOZZA is almost a mirror image of its fine dining operations in California, with the delicious addition of local seafood and vegetables.

At the heart of OSTERIA MOZZA is a free-standing mozzarella bar, where a wide array of fresh items—from mozzarella, burrata, bocconcini and stracciatella—is prepared. The full liquor bar is backed by a stunning millwork feature and spills onto white marble bar tops where guests can gather to enjoy items from the mozzarella bar. The remainder of the menu features salumi, pasta, seafood and meat dishes.

OSTERIA MOZZA’s menu is based on the chefs’ culinary adventures in New York, Bologna, and the entire Italian ‘boot’. Waku Ghin

Waku Ghin is Chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s first establishment outside of Australia. Its name reflects the “silver metal” knives in Chef Tetsuya’s collection.

Located on the mezzanine level of the casino building, guests of this stunning restaurant are in for an unforgettable fine-dining experience.

This first-class restaurant features a sake bar and caviar lounge, as well as an impressive, arcing display of the 3,000-bottle wine collection. A choice of intimate, private dining rooms, afford small parties the privilege of watching skilled chefs prepare food in front of them on steel cooking plates.

Designed with an exacting attention to detail, Chef Wakuda’s personal imprint is found throughout this warm, chic and unified space. The carpet in the main dining room draws inspiration from the undulating forms of folded steel found in one of the chef’s knives, while small wall niches throughout the hall hold works of art from the chef’s collection.

Yu Cuisine

Yú Cuisine is a modern and hip chinese seafood, dimsum, grill and champagne bar concept restaurant. Signature dishes like Hong Kong Aberdeen Chilli Crab, Pepper Crab and Butter Cream King Prawns are “Must Have” items. Peking duck, roasts and grill are excellent and creative dimsum is Yú Cuisine’s popularity.

Spread over two levels, one can enjoy the entire spectacular view of Marina Bay in the evening on Yú’s upper level over your favorite champagne, wine or just a glass of chilled beer with the most delectable dimsum, grill and exotic seafood.
