Age Limit and Driving Licence
Hirer must be above 23 years, less than 65 years old and in possession of a valid local or overseas international driving licence with driving experience of more than a year.

Insurance
Rates include unlimited third-party liability and property damage up to $500,000. However, the hirer is liable for all damages, fire and theft to Premier's vehicle.

The hirer accepts NWE on the condition that each and every accident, damage, fire or theft to the hired vehicle is reported to the Premier office within 24 hours. If there is bodily injury, the hirer must report to the Singapore Traffic Police and the original copy of the accident report must be forwarded to Premier office as soon as possible. For non-injury motor accident reports, the hirer is required to fill in a non-injury motor accident report form which can be obtained from Premier office.

Hirers are always responsible for the amount of "Non-Waiverable Excess" for each and every incident.

Missing/damaged items or accessories from the rental vehicle (including windscreens, hub caps, paintwork and undercarriage), non-collision damages and collision damages without particulars of third parties are not protected by the insurance, NWE and CDW.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance may be arranged at the request of the hirer, which provides a cover of S$35,000 for the driver and up to a maximum of S$5,000 claim on medical reimbursements. For passengers, a cover of S$25,000 to be shared among the passengers up to a maximum of three passengers. Personal Accident Insurance can be purchased at S$5 per day/S$90 per month.

Winscreen Insurance (WSI)
Winscreen Insurance (WSI) may also be arranged at request of the hirer.

Delivery and Collection Service
A surcharge of $25 per delivery or collection will be levied during office hours (0900 - 1730hrs from Monday through Saturday) and a surcharge of $35 per delivery or collection before and after office hours, Sunday and Public Holiday. For airport collection and drop-off, a surcharge of $40 per trip will be levied.

Petrol
Premier will provide with a full tank of petrol upon check-out which is to be refueled at the hirer's expense upon return. If the tank is not refueled in full upon return, the cost of refueling, including a service charge plus GST will be levied. All Premier cars must be filled only with Unleaded Premium Grade Petrol.

Parking Charges, Traffic Fines and Toll Fees
All parking charges, traffic fines, ERP and toll fees will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Vehicle Movements
All vehicles are strictly for Singapore use only. If Premier is not being notified before the hired vehicle enters into Malaysia, the hirer will be fully responsible for all first and third party liability for damages, fire or theft and all other liquidating damages occurred in Malaysia

Breakdown Service
24 hours breakdown service is available in Singapore and West Malaysia. Our Malaysia affiliations are located in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Malacca, Kuantan, Kota Bahru and Penang.

Rental Period/Excess Hours
Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours) and a grace period of 01 hour will be accorded to hirer. Any excess hours beyond the grace period shall be chargeable as an extra day's rental.

Extension of Rental
For extending your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, it is important that you advise Premier in advance for insurance coverage.

Terms of Payment
Premier's estimated cost of rental is payable at time of rental. Final adjustment will be made at the end of rental. Premier recognises and accepts all major credit cards. For company billing: a Letter of Authorisation For Billing and Credit Application Form have to be completed and signed by the respective company for approval by Premier Rent A Car.

Deposit
A Deposit of 10% on rates (excluding government taxes) will be charges upon confirmation by Asia Web Direct (M) Sdn Bhd. Balance in payable direct to Premier Rent A Car upon collection of vehicle. Asia Web Direct only accept Visa/Master Card.

Refundable Vehicle
A deposit of S$ 500 is payable to Premier upon collection of vehicle. Deposit will be refunded upon return of vehicle less any monies due to Premier, if any. The deposit must be charged to credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation/No Show
50% cancellation charge will be levied if Premier is notified less than 5 days in advance. 100% cancellation charge for No Show.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Prevailing Goods & Services Tax will be levied on all charges.

Additional Driver
Additional drivers are required to register with Premier before they are allowed to drive the hired vehicle. Otherwise, he/she will not be protected by the insurance, CDW and NWE. There will be a surcharge of $5.00 per additional driver per day or a flat fee of $45.00 per rental.
